Well I haven't been posting because I was so discouraged with my body. I thought I was doing well, eating better and exerciseing and then my weight started going up a pound a day. I thought maybe I was retaining water so I cut back on my salt intake but it still went up. I gained 5 pounds in a week. I knew that I couldn't be eating that many calories because of my MGB surgery but I was so bummed. I didn't want to post cause I couldn't take my ticker going backwards all in one week. So I just ignored everything and kept on doing what I was doing trusting that it would pass. I went out and bought and planted some flowering plants to cheer me up. Because of my age and the effects of surgery on my hormones I haven't had regular periods and was thinking I might be done with that but not so and three days after I started my period I dropped the 5 lbs I had gained plus another 1/2. So I will continue trying to eat right and exercise and look forward to a downward path.
Your blogs have really helped. I read them mostly on my phone which is harder to respond on. But all of you keep working on it and we will all be getting smaller.
