This week I went up one pound. It was a really bad cycle this month and I ate some stuff I pron=bably shouldnt have. But next week is a new week and I need to get back into a routine. With the kids home for the summer and myself going back to school, not to mention being the lone ranger on teh home front I just keep moving forward. When the kids get back into school I ma hoping to get back to my exercise like I was. I really miss it but not enough time in the day these days and still get a few hours of sleep in there too somewhere.
