I little here and a little there will all add up. I am excited for this post. As Hayley said it helps to make us accountable. When mom(Debbie) and I were talking and I shared that my weightloss goal for this year was a pound a week was I was tired of going hard getting little to no results and giving up. You can only eat an elephant one bite at a time. I can loose all the weight I need to loose one pound at a time. Very doable and with all of us cheering us on we wont be alone along the way. "WE CAN DO IT GIRLS" (: I am looking forward to hearing how everone is doing and learning from one another along the way(:

I am GRATEFUL for your "inspiration" of ONE POUND A WEEK...For the first time in a very long time...I do believe...I can maintain this IDEAL....Gail mentioned in her post...UNDERSTAND WHY we eat...another piece of the puzzle...AGE and HEALTH are factors, but, I do believe, with FATHER's help as well, we can ALL ACCOMPLISH our goals...and perhaps, receive INSIGHTS into WHY WE EAT the way we do sometimes...
