I was going to retype a formula for "Cleansing" from this book Sarah got at Education Week, but, I read under her "copyright" that it would be "illegal" if I made copies (or retyped it)...I don't feel right in breaking her wishes....So, if anyone is interested in getting this wonderful book in spiral form...the author is - Jonell West Francis...She does have an email that you could purchase all copies...maybe...you can get just the cleanses...to developed...

I did find this book on AMAZON...but, they are out of stock...but, it is HALF the cost...so I put in an order...and hope I will not have to wait long...
