Ackers! I guess it's time to make some changes. I honestly thought a week of "healthy eating" and I'd just lose another pound but I only lost .2 of a pound. Acckkk! I guess it's good to constantly evaluate. My changes for this week to see that I do lose at least a pound are:
1. Write down everything I eat
2. Walk or treadmill at least 3X this week
3. Drink more water
I hope I'm not the lone dragger next week too!

Well, Sandee...you didn't GAIN at least...and .2 COUNTS!!! (smile) I know I must do a few things different...but, not certain how I am going to do when I am at SARAH's...That will be interesting...
