Goals
Hi Everyone. Writing down goals always helps me stay focused and now I have you all to help me be accountable. So no one let me order a milkshake next time we go to crispers! Since I got the Christmas weight off I feel like I am starting fresh with my usual weight. My goal is to be at 160 pounds which means I have 30 to lose. I also have a goal to run a 5K this year. Its not that hard of a goal but ive never done one and I beleive in taking baby steps. I think this blog will be a great help to keep me motivated this year.

AWESOME, Hayley...For me...I am going to use my GARDENING and this "Lumberjack"YOGA type program I have...to start working on STRENGTHENING MY BODY...I haven't started it, yet...but since I am beginning my SECOND week...I need to ADD this into my SCHEDULE...I love the IDEA of you doing a 5K...Caleb has been running in races for years, now...and you can see what his FIGURE looks like...(smile)
