Well I dont know where anyone else is but here it goes...I went up 1 pound this week. I havent been eating so great and I didnt get any exercise in this past week. Just a lot going on(: I will do better this week cause I dont want to be hating my scale. I need it to be my friend(: I hope you are all doing great and feeling great about yourselves. It is a new day, a new week, and everything is wondeful(:

Holly...you do have a lot going on...Last night, Garvin and I were talking with another couple and we found we all turn TO FOOD for COMFORT...when our lives seem to be in some kind of upheaval...YOU have GREAT CHANGE in the wind...as Josh leaves for Iraq this week...Know...you and Josh's names are on the temple rolls each week...till he comes home...
ReplyDeleteNow, for the rest of us...I found that FASTING can get ME BACK on TRACK....because, if I can FAST for a day...(and TRUST me...FASTING is a WEAK area for me...)it gives me STRENGTH...and DESIRE/MOTIVATION...to BEGIN, again...
Angel and I are starting TODAY...programs we both feel comfortable doing...She is beginning a "CLEANSE" program...now that Jared is in Utah getting things lined up to move there and he won't be back till Beckah's wedding...Easier sometimes to diet when your companion...is not around...(smile)
I am going for LESS dramatic...Will be eating mostly RAW foods with some cooked vegetables...Raspberry leaf tea...and JUICING...I am reading about "wheat grass" juice...As soon as I start GROWING my wheat...I will juice it...to give me EXTRA minerals and vitamins...in a pure sense...
I, also, did my "4" mile workout...I wanted to quit after ONE MILE...but, thought, again...I will go TWO...but, when I hit the halfway mark...thought, OK....how hard can it get to finish??? HA! I was nearly dying...but, it sure felt good...when it was OVER!!! (smile) With a wedding less than ONE MONTH away...well hope...I will be able...to get into SOMETHING NICE in my closet by then...
