Last week I didnt report. We have been blessed to spend some great time together as a family with Josh before he deploys. Last week I gainded 1 pound. This week after uping my work outs I have gone down 2.5 pounds. So catching up on what I gained it is really 1.5 down making it now 23 pounds(: down(: I am so excited. It has not been easy. I cant go without working out or I will gain weight. I am planning on working out a lot more when Josh deploys. I am gonna need to busy myself and I have some plans for that. Anyways I wont go on about that. I hope you are all doing great and having a wonderful Easter Sunday with your loved ones.

Holly!!!! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! You are right on target...It isn't enough for me to CURVE the AMOUNT I eat, but with some EXERCISE...I find I DESIRE to be more careful what I eat during the day...I find I don't want to UNDO all that EFFORT TO SWEAT!!!!! (smile)
