Hello ladies(: A little late reporting but here it is. Down another pound. Total thus far 15.5. I am doing a new work out video and it is a fast and firm high calorie burn walk away the pounds 4 miles. Boy it sure makes you sweat. I hope it will help me get the pounds a droppin(: I hope you all have a super duper week(: Never give up, and know you are not alone(:

Trust me, Sisters, I was impressed with Holly, yesterday, as she did her 4 mile workout...I only did ONE MILE of it...LOVED the program, however...even I COULD do the routines...(smile) I hope to do more of it...while I am here...and perhaps get the DVD's...Leslie Sandsone - Holly has 3 of her videos...the "Walk at Home" series...Really good...
