I will keep this short and sweet as I am going vrazy with the kids and all. I went down another .5 pound. I know atleast it is still a loss. I have had a rough weekend in the food sense so hopefully I will get back on track and workout more this week and eat better. I hope you are all doing great. Have a super duper week(:
