I finally broke that one plateau...the one where you JUMP UP and DOWN...and yell...I did it...I DID IT!!!!!
Feels SO GOOD!

It has been amazing...since I chose eating mostly
raw fruits and vegetables...though,
I have, also, changed my PORTIONS when I eat other types of food...
EXAMPLE:
Instead of a "foot long" Sub sandwich...
I, now, only eat a "6 inch" sub...(smile)
I did eat a baked potato last night...added everything
but the sour cream...Just put on lots of extra
"herbs"...It really was AWESOME!
Anyway, just wanted to share the
GOOD NEWS!
