I hope everyone is doing great.
This week I went down 1.5 pounds. I have been doing the work out vidoes walk away the pounds (high calorie burn) My weekly goal is 6 and more if possible. I feel great. I am so excited to see results. When I tried weightwatchers after having the twins it took me 5 months to get down 17 pounds and I was working at it. I am just so happy that something is working this time. I know as we get older and having lots of kids does a number on the poor body but I want to be able to be around for future generations and active during that time. Ok Ok I know I rambled on there but for me yes I would love to be a smaller size but really I want to be healthy and active and there more for my kids and eventually(long ways away(: ) grandkiddies. It is all worth the hard work and dedication....with a treat every once in a while(:Ok I have blabbed enough. Ladies I hope you all have a super duper week(:
Holly...I am absolutely THRILLED for your progress...!!!! I am finding, also, that shedding the unwanted pounds...is a blessing...to be able to MOVE quicker and easier...GRANDCHILDREN...are so ACTIVE...THIS Granny....needs to get in shape...to try and keep up!!! (smile)
